OutSystems is seeking a talented Senior Motion Designer to join our Video Team within Brand, part of Corporate Marketing. You will translate scripts into styleframes, craft motion narratives for product explainers, UI animations, and launch campaigns, and build scalable motion assets that reflect our brand.

Qualificações

• Portfolio demonstrating storyboards, UI motion, and high-end animation.
• 7+ years of professional motion design experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows preferred.
• Expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Figma experience is highly appreciated.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Translate scripts, product concepts, and briefs into styleframes and storyboards using Figma.
• Create motion graphics for explainers, feature overviews, UI animations, demos, and campaigns.
• Develop motion guidelines aligning with OutSystems brand identity.
• Build reusable motion assets and package into MOGRTs and libraries.
• Explore and share AI-assisted workflows to accelerate ideation and production.
• Collaborate with global Video Producers, Brand Designers, PMMs, and Copywriters from ideation to delivery.
• Assist with basic video editing, color grading, or capture during shoots.
