Resumo da oferta

Miaplaza is seeking a senior Product/UI/UX Designer to own the student learning experience end-to-end within a small, senior design team. You will shape illustration and motion standards and guide AI-assisted production to scale quality visuals.

You’ll collaborate with PMs and engineers in a live product context, bringing 2+ years of product design experience and strong Figma skills. This is a fully remote role for candidates within Europe and CET overlap is required.

Qualificações

• Portfolio of shipped digital product work.
• At least 2 years working as a product designer or a UI/UX designer inside a product team, collaborating with PMs and engineers.
• Strong illustration or motion skills, with at least 1 year focused on either as a primary craft.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Some experience directing or guiding visual work produced by others — freelancers, junior designers, or AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own product design for the student learning experience end-to-end: from problem framing through delivery, in a Product Trio with a PM and EM.
• Manage product work involving pedagogical, technical, and business trade-offs.
• Set the illustration and motion bar for all of Miaplaza: the standards, motion principles, and character direction that the other designers and the Design System build from.
• Art-direct AI-assisted production by building the prompts, references, and review process that let a small team produce quality illustration and motion at scale.
