Responsibilities

• Translate scripts, product concepts, and briefs into styleframes and storyboards using Figma.
• Create motion graphics for explainers, feature overviews, UI animations, demos, and campaigns.
• Develop motion guidelines aligning with OutSystems brand identity.
• Build reusable motion assets and package into MOGRTs and libraries.
• Explore and share AI-assisted workflows to accelerate ideation and production.
• Collaborate with global Video Producers, Brand Designers, PMMs, and Copywriters from ideation to delivery.
• Assist with basic video editing, color grading, or capture during shoots.

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Motion Designer to join our Video Team (part of the Brand Team inside Corporate Marketing). In this role, you will play a key part in bringing the OutSystems product, brand, and story to life through motion.

Translate scripts, technical product concepts, and creative briefs into clear styleframes, visual concepts, and detailed storyboards using Figma, leveraging AI-assisted tools when helpful to accelerate ideation from script to styleframe. Create compelling visual narratives and motion graphics for product explainers, feature overviews, UI animations, product demos, and launch campaigns. Develop and refine motion guidelines that align with OutSystems’ brand identity. Build reusable motion brand assets (lower thirds, transitions, animated UI components, title cards) and package them into smart, scalable MOGRTs and Adobe CC Library assets to ensure brand consistency across internal teams and external agencies. Explore, test, and share AI-assisted workflows and tools that enhance our video and motion pipeline (from rapid prototyping and concept generation to productivity boosts). Help the Video and Brand teams learn what works and adopt smart efficiencies. Animate across multi-channel platforms including our website, social media, major events, and internal communications. Partner closely with a global team of Video Producers, Brand Designers, Product Marketing Managers, and Copywriters from ideation through final delivery. Assist with basic video editing, color grading, or video/audio capture during production shoots when needed.

Требования:

7+ years of professional motion design experience, preferably in-house at a tech/SaaS company or at a creative agency working with B2B/tech clients. Your application must include a strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating storyboards/layouts, UI/product motion, brand asset development, and high-end animation fundamentals. An interest or experimentation background in using AI tools for creative workflows is welcomed. Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud software, specifically After Effects and Premiere Pro. Substantial design, illustration, composition, typography, storyboarding, and 2D motion graphics skills. Since we use Figma for design and layout work, experience with the tool is highly appreciated. Ability to navigate the tech world and understand its complex products, UI flows, and enterprise concepts, turning them into crisp, intuitive, and high-quality motion graphics. Experience creating modular motion design systems, asset libraries, and scalable template structures, and a habit of automating repetitive production work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable pitching concepts with stakeholders and incorporating feedback collaboratively.
