Job summary

OutSystems, in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to join the Video Team within the Brand Team of Corporate Marketing. You will transform complex product concepts into engaging motion content, from explainers to brand videos, while building scalable motion systems and templates.

You will collaborate with Video Producers, Brand Designers, and Product Marketers, applying AI-assisted workflows and crafting brand-consistent assets for multi-channel campaigns.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional motion design experience, preferably in-house at a tech/SaaS company or at a creative agency.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating storyboards/layouts, UI/product motion, and high-end animation fundamentals.
• Interest or experimentation with AI tools for creative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design & Storyboard: translate scripts into styleframes and storyboards using Figma.
• Product-focused motion: create motion graphics for product explainers, UI animations, and demos.
• Brand assets & template systems: develop motion guidelines and reusable assets (MOGRTs, library assets).
• AI-assisted workflows: explore AI tools to accelerate ideation and production.
• End-to-end visual execution: animate across multi-channel platforms, including website and events.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with Video Producers, Brand Designers, Product Marketers, and Copywriters.
