Job summary

Signal AI is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in Lisbon as an in-house creative lead on a maternity leave basis. You will shape how our brand appears across web, presentations, social, ads, and video, owning templates and systems so teams can create on-brand content independently.

You will design marketing assets, evolve brand guidelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio across multiple asset types.
• Strong video editing experience is essential for the role.
• Proficient in design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Runway, and emerging AI design tools.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining brand guidelines and visual systems.
• Comfortable switching context between quick-turnaround requests and longer strategic projects.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like Webflow is a plus.
• Experience designing HTML email marketing templates is a bonus.
• Self-starter who identifies gaps and builds systems to solve them.
• Strong communication skills and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design a broad range of marketing assets: web pages, ads, presentations, social content, one-pagers.
• Support diverse creative requests balancing quick-turnaround and strategic campaigns.
• Own website visuals, coordinate with agencies, engineering, and stakeholders; maintain CMS content (Webflow).
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and visual systems across teams.
• Build reusable templates (decks, one-pagers, social formats, email templates/HTML).
• Translate team needs into clear creative briefs and deliver on-brand assets.
• Create and edit video content to support campaigns and communications.
