Job summary

OutSystems seeks a Senior Motion Designer to join the Video Team within Corporate Marketing. You will shape the product, brand, and storytelling through motion, collaborating with global teams to craft high-end animations, explainers, and brand assets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional motion design experience in tech/SaaS or agency with B2B/tech clients.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating storyboards, UI/product motion, brand assets, and high-end animation.
• Familiar with AI-assisted workflows and AI tools for creative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Storyboard and styleframes from scripts and briefs using Figma; leverage AI to accelerate ideation.
• Create motion graphics for product explainers, feature overviews, UI animations, demos, and campaigns.
• Develop and refine brand motion guidelines; build reusable assets and scalable MOGRTs and library assets.
