Finom is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own end-to-end ML development, from prototyping to deployment, across Europe. You will build models for transaction screening, set up daily risk scoring, and continuously monitor performance in production within a fast-growing fintech environment.

The role emphasizes scalable infrastructure, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and remote/hybrid work options across Europe. English proficiency and a quantitative mindset are essential.

Qualificações

• Production deployment experience with API services.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms.
• Ability to design scalable ML infrastructure.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop full-stack ML models (binary classification and regression) for fraud detection and financial crime prevention.
• Own Dynamic Risk Score across markets with daily client-base scoring.
• Monitor model and rule performance in production and optimize alerts.
• Contribute to ML infrastructure and inter-service integration to serve models across services.
