Finom is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer who builds products and thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. You will help design and scale our financial infrastructure for hundreds of thousands of European businesses, owning meaningful parts of the backend stack.

You’ll work with Backend, Frontend, Mobile, ML/AI, and QA engineers to ship data-intensive features while maintaining security and quality in a regulated environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional backend development with a product mindset.
• Excellent knowledge of .NET platform and C#.
• Hands-on experience architecting distributed systems in production.
• Proven ability to collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of linking work to company goals.
• Clear, concise English communication across audiences.
• Builder's mentality: shipping great products, not just code.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve backend systems within a product-driven domain area.
• Collaborate with frontend/mobile/ML/QA teams to design end-to-end solutions.
