UMO is a stealth-mode FinTech venture building a unified, AI-powered money platform across fiat, crypto, and investments. We are developing our MVP with 100+ staff and offices in Portugal, Ukraine, and the UAE.

We seek a Senior ML Engineer to lead NLP model work—sentiment analysis, NER, document processing, fraud detection—and to deploy scalable ML solutions with MLOps across cloud environments. Fluency in English required.

Qualificações

• PhD/Master in CS/DS with NLP/Deep Learning focus.
• Proven Python and DL framework experience.
• Experience with Transformers and vector databases.
• Data pipelines with Spark/Kafka/Airflow; SQL proficiency.
• Cloud deployment with Docker/Kubernetes; English fluent.

Responsabilidades

• Develop NLP models for sentiment analysis on financial data.
• Build NER, document processing, AML/detection pipelines.
• Enable intelligent customer support via LLMs.
• Improve semantic search and model lifecycle with MLOps.
