Conclusion Lifecycle is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join a nearshore remote team serving international clients across Europe. You will translate AI/ML research into production-grade, scalable AI systems on modern cloud platforms, bridging data science and operations with GenAI technologies.

You will work on end-to-end AI solutions, including MLOps/LLMOps, RAG pipelines,LangChain, and vector databases, while collaborating with cross-functional teams from a secure, governed environment.

Qualificações

• Production-grade AI/ML solutions experience (MLOps/LLMOps).
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with Azure cloud services and AI platforms (Azure ML, Azure DevOps).
• Containerisation and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or Pulumi).
• GenAI technologies experience (RAG, LLMs, LangChain, vector databases).
• Familiar with LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, and observability tools.

Responsabilidades

• Operationalise AI/ML models and GenAI apps using Azure ML, MLflow, Databricks, Kubeflow.
• Build production-grade AI services and APIs in Python (FastAPI) with testing and deployment.
• Design GenAI solutions (RAG pipelines and agent-based systems) with LangChain and Hugging Face.
• Improve retrieval quality via chunking, hybrid search, reranking, metadata filtering.
• Define LLM evaluation frameworks, quality gates, and SLOs for latency, cost, accuracy.
• Implement monitoring and observability for AI apps (tracing, prompt management).
• Deploy and manage LLM serving infra with Azure OpenAI and others.
• Contribute to MLOps/LLMOps pipelines and data pipelines (Airflow, dbt, Spark).
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools; collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
