You will craft innovative cocktails, share the drink stories behind each creation, and collaborate with culinary teams to elevate dining experiences.

With 2–3 years in luxury hospitality, you’ll demonstrate artistry, precise presentation, and guest‑focused service in Portuguese and English, maintaining high safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Mixologist or Beverage Specialist in a luxury hotel or high‑end lounge.
• Proven expertise in cocktails artistry, flavor balancing, and presentation techniques.
• A creative mindset with the ability to tell stories through drinks and design beverage experiences that connect emotionally with guests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in Portuguese and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Providing an attentive and personalized food and beverage service to guests.
• Crafting innovative, story‑driven cocktails that reflect Four Seasons hospitality.
• Engaging guests with storytelling about drink inspiration, origin, and flavor journey.
• Prepare, mix, and serve a variety of beverages with consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Personalize guest interactions by anticipating needs and offering recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and proper labeling, storage, and rotation of products.
• Collaborate with Culinary and F&B teams to develop beverage pairings.
• Monitor bar inventory and place orders to ensure availability of premium ingredients.
• Participate in beverage tastings and seasonal menu updates.
• Support colleagues during meal periods, in‑room dining, or events.
• Uphold company rules and standards of conduct with professionalism and integrity.
• Handle guest feedback gracefully and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, recipes, and preparation methods.
• Comply with safety procedures and report incidents promptly.
