VILT is seeking a senior Engagement Manager in Lisbon to lead end-to-end deployments of Adobe GenStudio for Performance Marketing, spanning pilots to rollout and adoption playbooks within enterprise campaigns.

You will translate business needs into technical requirements, drive change management, and guide the roadmap with Product and Engineering, collaborating with global teams. Fluency in English and French is mandatory for daily collaboration.

Qualificações

• 5–8+ years in engagement management, consulting, or program management for enterprise SaaS/digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools in marketing context.
• Excellent consulting skills and ability to present to C-level stakeholders.
• Change Management expertise and driving tool adoption in marketing/sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, CS, IS, or related field.
• Fluent corporate English and fluent French are mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of engagements for Adobe GenStudio with strategic customers.
• Oversee platform onboarding, activation, and template/conversion activities.
• Build adoption programs, training plans, and embedded coaching for teams.
• Collaborate with data/marketing to translate use cases into solutions.
• Design playbooks and workflows aligning with client campaigns and tech stack.
• Gather feedback to guide roadmap with Product/Engineering.
• Lead executive sessions and track adoption metrics and risk mitigation.
