JoomPro, a key business of Joom Group, is looking for an analytics professional to join our team in Lisbon. You will help optimize marketing budgets, build dashboards, and forecast ROI through data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, experience in marketing analytics, AB testing, and excellent English. We offer relocation support to Lisbon, a hybrid work model, and access to AI tools.

Qualificações

• Strong data analytics experience in marketing analytics.
• Proficient in SQL and Python; able to write complex queries.
• Excellent English communication (B2+); cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate the effectiveness of advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc).
• Set up monitoring for statistical anomalies in metrics.
• Improve long-term payback prediction models.
• Generate hypotheses to improve acquisition/product feeds/ad creatives/channel split/targets, etc.
• Conduct data studies to uncover insights.
• Write ETL pipelines (data marts, alerts, and predictions).
• Ask 'why' and 'what problem are we solving'.
