Eleventy Milano seeks a Senior Sales Advisor to join our Lisboa team, acting as a true brand ambassador and delivering a highly personalised client experience. You will curate meaningful relationships with a sophisticated clientele while driving performance through service excellence.

As a senior contributor, you will build a loyal client portfolio, exceed sales targets, and uphold brand standards in visual presentation and boutique operations.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in premium luxury retail.
• Strong commercial mindset with client focus.
• Natural elegance, presence and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion, styling and high-end service.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an elevated and bespoke client experience, aligned with brand DNA.
• Build and retain a loyal client portfolio through clienteling.
