Fashion Clinic Woman in Avenida da Liberdade seeks a highly motivated Sales Assistant to deliver a tailored luxury shopping experience, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales performance. You will maintain deep product knowledge, manage client portfolios through clienteling, and ensure impeccable visual merchandising and after-sales service.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in luxury retail, fluent English and Portuguese, excellent communication, and a proactive, team-spirited

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales.
• Strong clienteling skills and an established client network (preferred).
• Passionate about fashion and luxury lifestyle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (additional languages such as French, or Mandarin are a plus).
• Professional appearance and polished manners.
• Sales-driven with a proactive attitude and team spirit.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a tailored, one-on-one luxury shopping experience to each client.
• Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through clienteling and follow-up.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of products, designers, and current fashion trends.
• Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and stock organization.
• Handle after-sales service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Uphold the image and values of Fashion Clinic at all times.
