Fashion Clinic in Almancil, Algarve is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional service and build lasting client relationships. You will drive sales, maintain product knowledge and ensure elegant visual merchandising while upholding the brand image.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, strong clienteling skills, and fluency in English and Portuguese. French or Mandarin is a plus, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude is important.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales.
• Strong clienteling skills and an established client network (preferred).
• Passionate about fashion and luxury lifestyle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; additional languages (French or Mandarin) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a tailored, one-on-one luxury shopping experience to each client.
• Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through clienteling and follow-up.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of products, designers, and current fashion trends.
• Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and stock organization.
• Handle after-sales service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Uphold the image and values of Fashion Clinic at all times.
