Versace is seeking a Sales Associate in our Lisbon store to build relationships with customers and maximize sales while maintaining store standards. You will deliver the Versace customer experience, manage stock and backroom operations, and participate in events and promotions.

Two or more years of luxury retail experience are preferred. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and email is expected to support daily store operations and client management.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of retail experience, luxury preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with retail systems and product knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with customers and maximize sales while upholding store standards.
• Deliver the Versace customer experience across all categories and events.
• Handle stock and backroom operations, receipts, transfers, and stock takes.
• Capture customer data and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Represent the brand professionally and participate in in-store promotions and VM setup.
