Zadig & Voltaire in Lisbon seeks a Full-Time Sales Advisor (40 hrs) to welcome a demanding clientele and provide personalised service across store operations, merchandising and cash desk processes. You will promote the brand image and achieve sales targets while maintaining premium standards.

You bring experience in high-end retail, excellent communication, and a strong affinity for our products. You will join an international, premium team committed to chic, rock’n’roll luxury.

Qualificações

• Experience in high-end or luxury retail is required or highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a premium client base.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to build loyalty and trust.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and work with KPIs.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist the needs of a demanding clientele.
• Build customer loyalty through tailored and personalised advice.
• Contribute to enhancing the brand image by providing a premium level of service.
• Achieve and increase sales using key commercial indicators.
• Master cash desk procedures and complete all transactions.
• Promote the brand and maintain quality standards.
• Receive, label, and display products; maintain store cleanliness.
• Review sales figures and stock levels; support replenishment and reporting.
