Job summary

TMC seeks an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer to lead a global project from Lisbon. The role blends hands-on development with technical leadership, shaping architecture and delivery across the Salesforce stack.

The position is hybrid: 2 days per week in the Lisbon office and 3 days remote, with a 39-hour schedule from June to September and 12 extra compensation days during Christmas/New Year, Easter and Carnival

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
• Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Components.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce integrations.
• Unit testing, defect analysis and bug fixing.
• Experience with Git, SFDX and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to guide a development team.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II or CTA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for Salesforce design and implementation, from technical specifications to integration development, testing and defect resolution.
• Review test cases and guide the development team, combining technical expertise with leadership.

At TMC, we're looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer to join an international project and combine strong hands‑on development skills with technical leadership.

What you'll be doing

You'll take end-to-end responsibility for Salesforce design and implementation, from technical specifications and parameterization to integration development, testing and defect resolution.

You'll also play a key role in reviewing test cases and guiding the development team, combining technical expertise with leadership.

• In return, this schedule includes 12 additional Compensation Days on top of the regular annual leave, allocated during Christmas/New Year, Easter and Carnival periods.
