Job summary

team.it is seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to join as a senior technologist in Lisbon. The role requires 8+ years in Salesforce, hands-on Apex and LWC, and leadership experience to guide the team through complex integrations.

The position offers a hybrid work model with two days on-site in Lisbon and a focus on professional development, certifications, and a sustainable, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce.
• Experience in leadership roles (Lead/Tech Lead/Senior Lead Developer).
• Strong knowledge in Apex, LWC, Git, SFDX, Salesforce Integrations, CI/CD.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application/System Architect, CTA) (nice to have).
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in Lisbon).
