Job summary

Hexa seeks a Senior Lease Support Engineer to back application delivery and infrastructure reliability in a private cloud. You will maintain Kubernetes infrastructure, build and troubleshoot Jenkins pipelines, and manage deployments with XL Deploy/XL Release.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance automation and operational reliability, while maintaining documentation and runbooks for incident response and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support, DevOps, or similar roles.
• Hands‑on experience supporting Kubernetes infrastructure in private clouds.
• Strong troubleshooting across infrastructure, CI/CD and deployment processes.
• Understanding of Java application build and delivery pipelines.
• Collaborative, responsible and solution‑oriented mindset in technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Kubernetes infrastructure in a private cloud for stability and continuity.
• Create, maintain and troubleshoot Jenkins pipelines for Java delivery.
• Manage deployments and releases using XL Deploy and XL Release.
• Investigate and resolve incidents in infrastructure, pipelines and deployments.
• Collaborate with development, infra and operations teams for reliable delivery.
• Improve automation and deployment workflows for reliability.
• Maintain technical documentation and operating procedures.
