Job summary

Yazaki North America, Inc. is seeking an IT AM Support Specialist SCM for our plant in Portugal. The role focuses on IT asset management, service design and smooth transitions of IT solutions, coordinating with developers and external consultants to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Degree required in business administration and IT.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM/WM/HU, SD/PP, ABAP.
• Familiar with ITIL, project management.
• Knowledge of EDI standards (VDA, EDIFACT).
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service design and service transition for IT solutions.
• Coordinate and lead developers/consultants; ensure testing and quality assurance.
• Act as project/change lead with scope, time and budget accountability.
• Create and maintain documentation; share knowledge via training materials.
• Provide 2nd/3rd level ITAM support and 24/7 on-duty coverage where needed.
• Travel to support activities as required.
