Responsibilities

Manage full recruitment lifecycle for technology/consulting roles from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop strategies.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as trusted advisor during hiring process.
