EY is seeking a mid-senior IT Project Manager to join the Managed Services team in Lisbon. You will lead end-to-end service delivery projects and ongoing engagements, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous service improvement.

You will act as main liaison between internal teams and clients, overseeing scope, timelines, risks, and resources within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Fluency in English required; project governance and reporting expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT Services or Managed Services.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams in international environments.
• Understanding of service delivery models, SLAs and KPIs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT Managed Services projects from initiation through delivery and transition to steady-state operations.
• Act as primary liaison with clients, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction.
• Plan, monitor, and control scope, schedule, budget and quality per SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, operations and vendors.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project and operational risks; escalate when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance service efficiency and value.
• Prepare and present regular status reports and performance metrics.
