Required skills

• 7-10+ years in IT project management + business analysis (can be more than 10)
• Work experience in big companies IT/technology project exposure
• Insurance industry background - enough to understand the business, challenge assumptions, and work at definition level
• Proven end-to-end project delivery, independently
• Executive communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized and structured
• Comfortable pushing back on senior stakeholders
• Fluent Portuguese + English
