Syffer is a consulting company seeking a Senior IT Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead multi-project delivery from Lisbon, blending business and IT teams in a hybrid work model.

You will define requirements, drive end-to-end delivery, and coordinate executive-level communications across large programs. Fluent Portuguese and English are required, with a background in IT and insurance domains advantageous.

• Insurance industry background is a plus to understand domain.

What You'll do:

What You Are:

• 7–10+ years in IT project management + business analysis (can be more than 10)
• Work experience in big companies IT/technology project exposure
• Insurance industry background — enough to understand the business, challenge assumptions, and work at definition level
• Proven end-to-end project delivery, independently
• Executive communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized and structured
• Comfortable pushing back on senior stakeholders
• Fluent Portuguese + English

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience combining PM and BA in a single role
• Experience in lean teams where wearing multiple hats is normal
