Syffer is a consulting company seeking a Senior IT Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead multi-project delivery from Lisbon, blending business and IT teams in a hybrid work model.

You will define requirements, drive end-to-end delivery, and coordinate executive-level communications across large programs. Fluent Portuguese and English are required, with a background in IT and insurance domains advantageous.

Competenze

• 7–10+ years in IT project management and business analysis.
• Work experience in big companies IT/technology project exposure.
• Insurance industry background is a plus to understand domain.
• Proven end-to-end project delivery, independently.
• Executive communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and structured.
• Comfortable pushing back on senior stakeholders.
• Fluent Portuguese + English.

• End-to-end project management from requirements definition to delivery and closure.
