Noesis in Lisbon is seeking a skilled Business/Functional Analyst to design and deliver solutions aligned with business requirements. You will analyse processes, translate requirements into functional specs, and collaborate across teams to support successful solution delivery.

The role requires a degree in a related field, 5+ years of experience, and fluent English. Knowledge of PowerDesigner is a plus, with equal opportunities across candidates.

Qualificações

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business or Functional Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of functional analysis techniques, requirements definition, UML, and systems analysis.
• Knowledge of BPMN and conceptual/logical data modelling.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Knowledge of Information Management and Power Designer is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Perform Functional and Process Analysis activities, designing solutions aligned with business requirements, business rules, and functional architecture standards.
• Model and improve business processes, providing functional support and collaboration across Business, Development, Testing, and Operations teams throughout solution delivery.
