Capgemini is launching a Tech Hub in Porto and seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and value delivery of AI products. You will define product vision, business cases and KPIs, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.

You will lead discovery with stakeholders, balance value with feasibility and risk, and drive governance and responsible AI practices across teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years leading AI/GenAI or Automation products.
• Proven track record of delivering products with measurable business impact.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic advisory skills.
• Experience defining KPIs, value measurement frameworks and data-driven product decisions.
• Knowledge of AI governance, GDPR and EU AI Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap and value delivery of a portfolio of AI products.
• Define product vision, business cases and success metrics aligned with commercial objectives.
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data and Governance teams.
• Mentor Product Managers and contribute to product management best practices.
