Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in internal communications, content management, digital communications or corporate communications.
• Proven experience managing digital channels, intranets, editorial planning, content governance and news management.
• Strong storytelling, writing and content creation skills to translate complex topics.
• Experience using AI-powered communication tools and creating multimedia content.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve internal communication channels, including the intranet and other digital platforms.
• Advise subject matter experts on effective communication approaches.
• Apply AI and emerging technologies to improve content development and insights.
• Develop compelling video content from concept through production and post-production.
• Translate complex initiatives into clear, audience-focused messages for defined target groups.
• Manage digital editorial activities, governance and news management across channels.
