Your role Key responsibilities in your new role As a Senior HR Data Analyst, you will support HR and business teams by developing and maintaining data solutions, ensuring high-quality HR data, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Develop new self-service data solutions , such as Certified Data Sources, Dashboards, or List Reports Own and handle existing solutions, namely by monitoring data quality , troubleshooting and bug-fixing , enhancing and maintaining features throughout life cycle Enable and support end-users and proactively manage all involved stakeholders and relevant communication flows Trend-scout and consult HR Business Partners, Process Owners, and Functions on HR data-related matters Support HR and business in taking better, faster, fact-based decisions, further driving HR transformation
Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You combine strong technical expertise with the ability to engage and inspire others through data. You communicate complex topics in a simple and compelling way, partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and build trusted relationships through your professional judgment, credibility, and reliable approach. A degree in Business Administration , Human Resources , Information Technology , Data Science / Analytics or similar fields of studies 3-5 years of analytics working experience - previous experience in Human Resources is a plus Strong stakeholder management , strong attention to detail , and a high degree of customer-orientation - preferably in global organizations Excellent Business Intelligence (BI) software proficiency – preferably Tableau and/or Power Bi - covering both data flows and visualization Analytical and conceptual skills , combined with hands-on spirit and an independent working style Team player working with cross-functional colleagues from business over analytics to IT Fluency in English (mandatory) – knowledge of German is an advantage
