You will be hands-on yet coordinate teams across production, cloud, and security, driving automation, cloud adoption, and operational excellence.

This hybrid role requires strong communication and the ability to balance technicalDelivery with project governance in a global setting.

Qualificações

• Hands-on DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Production Support professional who evolved into technical project leadership.
• Strong production environment experience with cloud technologies, automation, and operations.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and stakeholders across international environments.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Own infrastructure and production-related projects from planning through delivery.
• Act as technical lead ensuring stability, performance, and reliability of critical environments.
• Provide advanced production support and troubleshooting in complex infrastructure.
• Coordinate technical teams, application owners, and stakeholders through the project lifecycle.
• Define governance, reporting, planning, risk management, and delivery tracking.
• Drive cloud adoption, automation, and infrastructure modernization.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service quality metrics.
• Support deployments, releases, migrations, and operational transitions.
• Contribute to DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security and resilience standards.
