Axians Portugal is seeking an IT Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects for clients in the healthcare sector, ensuring delivery on scope, time, budget, and quality. You will collaborate with healthcare stakeholders and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid work setting, with opportunities for internal mobility and competitive benefits.

The role requires 7+ years of project management experience, healthcare client exposure, PMP/PRINCE2 certification, and a Bachelor’s degree

Qualificações

7+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
Proven experience with healthcare clients (public/private) – mandatory (3+ years).
PM certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, IS, or Healthcare.
Strong knowledge of waterfall and/or agile methodologies.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsabilidades

Lead and manage medium to large-scale projects from initiation to closure.
Act as main contact with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare clients.
Define project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and mitigations.
Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary project teams and present status to clients and senior management.
