Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Lisboa is seeking a Software Project Manager to lead complex software development and digital transformation initiatives in the Healthcare sector. You will manage end-to-end delivery, define roadmaps, releases, budgets, and governance, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, PMP/PRINCE2/AgilePM certification, and fluent Portuguese with good English.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale software projects.
• Experience managing complex information systems and digital transformation initiatives.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or equivalent.
• Strong budgeting, governance, and cross-functional team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software projects from initiation to post-go-live support.
• Define roadmaps, releases and key milestones; manage scope and budgets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure business-technical alignment.
• Prepare executive reports and facilitate steering committees.
• Promote Agile delivery and continuous improvement.
