AMGEN Capability Center Portugal seeks a GenAI Engineer to design, develop and deploy LLM-powered assistants, agents, and RAG solutions on enterprise platforms. You will implement prompt strategies, embeddings, and reliable retrieval, while building scalable pipelines and reusable components.

The role emphasizes security, scalable deployment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to advance enterprise AI capabilities within AMGEN.

Qualificações

Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Responsabilidades

Design, develop, test, deploy LLM-powered assistants, agents, Custom GPTs, RAG solutions, APIs, and AI-enabled applications.
Implement prompt and context strategies, structured outputs, embeddings, vector or hybrid retrieval, tool calling, workflow orchestration, and human-in-the-loop controls.
Build scalable RAG pipelines that ground responses in trusted enterprise data.
Contribute to GenAI capability roadmap through MCP-based Apps, ChatGPT Skills, plugins, Workspace Agents, and reusable integration patterns.
Develop integration layers and event-driven workflows using APIs, RPA, n8n, and approved orchestration tools.
Develop reusable Python services, libraries, templates, and evaluation utilities, and contribute TypeScript, React, or Next.js components when required by the solution.
