Claranet limited is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant Dynamics 365 to integrate into their team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role focuses on leading the design of functional solutions that drive clients' digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, and the ability to independently engage with business stakeholders. Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights is a plus.

Right now, we are looking for aSenior Functional Consultant Dynamics 365to integrate our internal team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of complex functional solutionsto address business requirements and drive clients’ digital transformationinitiatives;
  
• Conduct in-depth functional analysis andfacilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements;
  
• Prepare high-level functional documentation(Functional Design Documents) aligned with Dynamics 365 best practices;
  
• Ensure advanced customization and configurationof Dynamics 365 solutions, focusing on scalability and performance;
  
• Ensure effective coordination between functionaland technical teams, guaranteeing the correct implementation of the definedsolutions.
  
• Lead the definition and execution of functionaland user acceptance tests (UAT), ensuring all requirements are met;
  
• Create test plans, user manuals, and trainingmaterials for key users and operational teams;
  
• Identify and implement continuous improvementinitiatives in internal processes and functional methodologies;
  
• Mentor and support the development of juniorfunctional consultants within the team.
  

You must-have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Information Systems, or a related field;
  
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles,with a strong track record in Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects;
  
• Deep knowledge of key Dynamics 365 CustomerEngagement modules (Sales, Customer Service);
  
• Ability to lead functional initiatives andengage with business stakeholders independently;
  
• Passionate about designing innovative solutionsthat drive business transformation.
  

What We Value:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights(Journeys) is a plus;
  
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365Functional Consultant) are a plus.
