Job summary

Bridge351 is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst / Business Analyst to drive a digital transformation in the public sector. The role focuses on translating business needs into clear functional specifications and technical documentation, while collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams.

You will model business processes with BPMN and UML, support testing (including UAT), and ensure GDPR/data governance compliance across integrations with REST and SOAP APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS, CS or related field, or 5+ years in functional analysis.
• Minimum 5 years as a Functional/Business Analyst.
• ITIL Foundation or CBAP certification.
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
• Hands-on BPMN and UML process modeling.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience producing functional specs and BA docs.
• Involvement in testing, validation, and acceptance.
