HCCM Consulting, S.A. is seeking a business analyst to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements in a Portugal-based role.

You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating needs into functional specifications and user stories to guide solution design. You will support testing activities, create functional documentation, and ensure traceability across the project lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Ability to translate needs into functional specs and user stories.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Proficiency in creating functional documentation and process flows.
• Support QA teams with test case definition and traceability.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to ensure requirements traceability and change control.
• Collaborate with development and QA across the SDLC.
• Comfort with participating in requirements workshops and interviews.
• Knowledge of BPMN or process-modeling tools is a plus.

• Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support testing activities, including test case definition and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose functional enhancements.
• Ensure requirements traceability and effective change management.
• Work within Agile/Scrum environments, participating in ceremonies and backlog refinement sessions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies and process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Camunda, Bizagi, Signavio, ARIS, or similar).
