We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Java Developer

MAIN TASKS:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java Spring and React.
• Ensure front-end and back-end integration.
• Act as a liaison between Porto team and Tech Lead in Paris.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and set sprint goals.
• Provide task updates and track progress.
• Document issues and communicate risks.
• Write technical documentation and collaborate with QA.
• Implement automated tests and optimize performance.
• Conduct code reviews and manage deployments on OpenShift.
• Mentor developers and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Promote continuous learning and an open team environment.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• 9+ years of experience in Java (Spring Boot) and React development.
• 3+ years in a leadership role, guiding teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in developing complex web applications, especially in financial services or trade finance.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot).
• Familiarity with databases and API development (REST, SOAP).
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Hybrid role based in Porto.
