We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer – Java & React

Main Tasks:

Fullstack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java Spring for backend and React for frontend, ensuring seamless integration between components.
Collaboration and Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Porto team and the Paris Tech Lead, actively participating in Agile ceremonies and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Progress Reporting: Provide updates on task status, challenges, and timelines during stand-ups and sprint reviews, maintaining transparency with stakeholders.
Issue Tracking and Risk Management: Proactively communicate obstacles and develop mitigation strategies for risks affecting project timelines.
Documentation and Quality Assurance: Write technical documentation, draft test scenarios, implement automated testing, conduct code reviews, and manage application deployment on OpenShift.
Mentorship and Support: Provide guidance and support to other developers, fostering a collaborative team environment and promoting continuous learning and improvement.

Key Technologies & Tools:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Java (Spring-boot) and React development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the financial services domain.
Proficiency in relevant technologies including Java, Spring, React, databases, APIs, microservices, DevOps, and containerization.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, adaptability, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
High level of English proficiency (C1) and knowledge of French is advantageous due to the complexity of topics involved.
