• Mentor junior/mid-level developers and provide Tier 3 production support.

As a Senior Full-Stack Lead Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in financial services and leasing software applications. Your main responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex end-to-end features, from database to user interface, utilizing Java backend and Angular frontend.
• Define and refine software architecture, emphasizing scalable microservices, REST APIs, and system performance optimization.
• Deliver modular and secure application code aligned with functional specifications and project timelines.
• Maintain high standards of code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices (Clean Code, Hexagonal Architecture, CI/CD).
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and DevOps to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support, mentor, and upskill junior to mid-level developers within the team.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support for troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack web application development with proven expertise in large-scale, API-driven architectures.
• Strong command of Java microservices (Spring Boot), database persistence, and API design.
• Extensive hands-on experience with modern Angular versions, TypeScript, and responsive UI development.
• Solid understanding of Microservices, Hexagonal Architecture, RESTful APIs, and best coding practices.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine/Karma, Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience within corporate banking, financial services, or leasing software solutions.
• Exposure to cloud-native platforms, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and UI/UX design systems.

Language required for the role:

• Fluent/Native in French (C1/C2) for daily collaboration with French stakeholders.
• Proficient in English (professional level) for international team communication and documentation.
