Natixis in Portugal is seeking a FullStack Team Leader (French Speaker) to join the BPCE-SI team in a hybrid Porto office. You will lead a cross-functional team, mentor developers, and drive architecture and delivery of scalable web applications using Java/Spring Boot and Angular.
The role requires fluent French and strong English, with hands-on leadership and agile expertise in a fast-paced banking tech environment.
Qualificações
- 9+ years of Java development experience (Spring Boot, Hibernate, microservices).
- Strong Angular frontend experience with RxJS and state management.
- Excellent French language skills (C1/C2) and professional English proficiency.
- Experience mentoring developers and running 1-on-1s in an agile environment.
- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Responsabilidades
- Lead people and delivery, set quarterly goals and development plans.
- Recruit, interview and onboard new hires in collaboration with HR.
- Manage stakeholders in French, translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
- Architect and deliver full-stack web applications using Java/Spring Boot and Angular.
- Promote TDD, code reviews, and agile best practices in the team.
