ITDS in Lisbon offers a hybrid work model for a Full Stack Tech Lead role focused on delivering complex software solutions in a legacy environment. You will guide development teams, ensure best practices, and maintain high-quality technical standards.

You will lead technical design, manage debt and enablers, and mentor engineers across CI/CD pipelines, while ensuring rigorous documentation and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 1 year as a technical lead or 5 years as a senior developer in software projects.
• Proficiency in Java (8, 17, 21), Angular, and Spring Boot with REST APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, GitLab and Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of databases (Oracle, Postgres) and Tomcat server environments.
• Experience managing development teams and implementing Agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical design and implementation of User Stories and Features with adherence to standards.
• Guide squads by cascading architectural decisions and setting priorities.
• Oversee enablers and debt management at the squad level.
• Promote best practices, peer reviews, automation, and documentation.
• Manage technical integration within CI/CD pipelines and QA processes.
• Mentor and upskill team members on technical aspects and industrialization efforts.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and monitor component debt.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of JIRA tickets and track progress.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead technical design and implementation of User Stories and Features, ensuring compliance with the Bank's standards and non-functional requirements.
• Guide development squads by cascading architectural decisions and setting technical priorities.
• Oversee the implementation of enablers and management of technical debt at the squad level.
• Promote and ensure development best practices, including peer reviews, automation, and documentation.
• Manage technical integration within CI/CD pipelines, supporting quality assurance processes.
• Support, mentor, and upskill team members on technical aspects and industrialization actions.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and monitor component debt scores.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of JIRA tickets, linking tasks appropriately, and tracking progress.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 1 year of experience as a technical lead or 5 as a senior developer in software development projects.
• Proficiency in Java (8, 17, 21), Angular, and related technologies such as Spring Boot, REST API, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, and Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of databases (Oracle, Postgres) and server environments (Tomcat).
• Experience managing development teams and implementing Agile methodologies.

• French (spoken and written)
