Shakers is seeking a PM to lead a finance and management systems transformation on EPM/BI platforms. You will bridge finance, IT and business, translate needs into clear requirements, manage scope and deadlines, and ensure what is delivered actually works for users.

You will coordinate EPM/BI projects, drive requirements gathering with finance and stakeholders, support UAT, and produce analysis and dashboards.

An established European retail group is looking for a PM working at the core of its finance and management systems transformation on EPM/BI platforms.

The challenge

Management processes and reporting are being rebuilt on modern EPM/BI platforms. The role owns the bridge between finance, IT and business: translating business needs into clear requirements, keeping project scope and deadlines under control, and making sure what gets delivered actually works for the users who depend on it.

• Manage and coordinate EPM/BI projects, defining and tracking scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Lead business requirements gathering with finance, IT and business stakeholders.
• Support User Acceptance Testing: test documentation, test cycles and user follow-up.
• Produce analysis and reporting using MS Excel and EPM/BI platforms.
• Contribute to building and optimizing financial and operational dashboards and reports.
• Proven experience in project management, coordination and planning (scope, timelines, deliverables).
• Solid experience in business requirements gathering and UAT support, including documentation.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentations) across technical and business audiences.
• English at B2 minimum, for work with international consultants and technical documentation.
• Basic financial literacy: P&L, budgeting principles, reporting structures.
• Advanced MS Excel for complex data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with EPM/BI platforms (OneStream, SAP BPC, Anaplan) or BI tools (Looker, Power BI).
• Professional background in Finance, IT or Consulting, plus a degree in management, information systems, finance or similar.

• Change management notions and experience supporting user adoption in digital transformation projects.
• Advanced data analysis: structured data, intuitive dashboards, financial and operational reporting.
• Comfort collaborating cross functionally, adapting communication style per audience.
