Job summary

Marsh in Lisbon is seeking a Finance Analyst for the Financial Planning & Analysis regional team. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week to support USA-based Sales compensation planning and analytics.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of relevant business experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent stakeholder management. You will analyze data, validate changes in upstream systems, and help drive accurate earnings modeling across geographies.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• 3–6 years of relevant business experience.
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to support defensible recommendations.
• Triaging and resolving Sales compensation tickets.
• Coordinate changes in upstream source systems as required.
• Manage stakeholders across geographies as internal clients.
• Improve processes for a more efficient and accurate environment.
• Model plan moves and assess impact to earnings on request.
