Marsh in Lisbon seeks an Investments Performance Analyst to produce investment monitoring reports, asset allocation, performance and risk analysis, and strategy updates. You’ll join a Europe-wide team and drive a new Dutch client project, working with consultants across Europe.

The role emphasizes Power BI development, data visualization, and delivering high-quality analyses, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring three days/week in the office.

Formación

• Degree or Master’s in Finance, Economics, Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• CFA or CIPM charterholder is a plus.
• Proven experience in the investment industry: minimum 3-5 years.
• Fluent English; other languages (Dutch) are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Power BI proficiency with dashboard/report creation and data visualization.
• Experience in project management or leading project initiatives.
• Familiarity with SQL, VBA, or Python is highly desirable.
• Attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and contribute to the production of investments monitoring reports and factsheets, ensuring accuracy and insightful analysis.
• Contribute to a Power BI project setup, including project planning, stakeholder communication, and delivery management.
• Contact external entities (such as asset managers) to validate customer information.
• Compile information and prepare analysis, evaluation, and interpretation of results.
• Act as a peer reviewer and mentor for junior colleagues.
• Follow up with other Marsh teams, suggesting approaches and clarifying details of Investments Analysis produced.
• Be responsible for thorough analysis of portfolios to help stakeholders make better investment decisions.
• Work collaboratively with other MarshTeams by providing your Investments technical perspective (defining methodologies, assumptions), support with client queries, and leading ad-hoc projects.
• Be an agent of change, constantly contributing to improving current processes.
• Lead the implementation of projects that will support the team to be more efficient, with a particular focus on Power BI-driven automation and reporting enhancements.
