Salesforce is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to own the end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for our most strategic customers. You will collaborate with a Deployment Strategist, shape architecture, and set engineering standards that scale AI deployments in enterprise environments.

You will lead technical delivery, mentor engineers, and drive continuous innovation, staying at the forefront of AI tools and model frameworks.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Expert in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and conversant in the others.
• Experience integrating LLMs into production and using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Deep experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics across platforms like Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Strong Salesforce platform expertise: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Entrepreneurial, get-things-done mindset with judgment to know when fast is right.
• Mentored technical talent and created reusable assets—frameworks, playbooks, internal tooling.
• Clear, credible communication with engineering peers, customer architects, and executives.
• Active curiosity about evolving AI/data landscape and piloting new tools/models.
• Willingness to travel ~25% and work embedded with customer engineers.
• High proficiency in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's most strategic customers—from architecture decisions through production handoff.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform: agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, guardrails, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Own the data lifecycle: model design, processing pipelines, and data readiness across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms.
• Resolve blockers like data integration, model deployment, and orchestration failures.
• Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting across engagements.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs with judicious prioritization.
• Codify learnings into reusable assets and playbooks for the org.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair sessions.
• Provide technical depth on at-risk deployments when engineering judgment is needed.
• Surface field insights to Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
• Partner with Deployment Strategist to translate business challenges into deployable solutions.
