Job summary

Scandinavian Tobacco Group seeks a Senior Finance Business Partner, Commercial Performance Europe, to join Group Finance. Based in Lisbon or Gentofte, hybrid work, permanent contract, full-time.

You will translate commercial strategy into financial outcomes and influence profitability across European markets. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Operations and Finance, develop KPI dashboards, and support strategic initiatives aligned with Focus2030 ambitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Significant Finance Business Partnering and leadership experience in a complex international environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with SAP, Jedox, Power BI, or AI-enabled tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial performance management of the European business, consolidating key value drivers.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Category leadership on planning, forecasting, pricing, portfolio optimization, and investment decisions.
• Analyze profitability, pricing, product mix, and commercial performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting insights for data-driven decision-making across markets.
• Support strategic initiatives and commercial transformation projects with financial analysis and business cases.
• Build partnerships across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Strategy, and Data & Analytics.
