much. Consulting in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to lead the design, development and delivery of custom Odoo modules. You will run customer workshops and own the solution end-to-end, coaching the development team and shaping development processes.

The role requires strong Python expertise, experience with ERP systems and web apps, and English fluency (C1). Odoo and QWeb experience are a plus. We offer hybrid work and a competitive compensation package in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or similar.
• At least 5 years of professional experience with ERP systems, IT integrations and web applications.
• Strong expertise in Python.
• Experience with JavaScript & Odoo; QWeb is an advantage.
• Interest in business topics and understanding of basic business processes.
• Very fast comprehension, analytical working method & high commitment.
• English speaking team player (at least level C1).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, development and delivery of custom Odoo modules.
• Run workshops with customers and take end-to-end ownership of the solution.
• Coaching the development team.
• Conceptualization and design of development processes.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and consultants.
• Ensure technical alignment with business goals.
• Optimize system performance and reliability.
