much. Consulting in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Senior ERP Solutions Consultant to own lead development and the full sales cycle—from discovery to close—within the Portuguese market.

You will mentor two Solution Executives, drive deals, run calls and workshops for process mapping, and deliver high-value Odoo demos. This role demands 5+ years in ERP or complex B2B software sales, strong business acumen, and fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish a plus).

Competenze

• 5+ years of ERP or complex B2B software sales experience including hands-on management experience.

Mansioni

• Mentor and manage 2x Solution Executives with high potential to grow.
• Actively drive deals, support the team, and develop key leads.
• Lead calls and workshops (online or on-site) for process mapping and deliver Odoo demos.
• Design and present complex solution architectures and high-value commercial proposals.
• Define team targets, optimise sales workflows and participate in strategic outbound initiatives.
